We're growing something special – join us!

Do you believe in the power of green spaces to bring people together? Are you passionate about community, sustainability, and making a real difference where you live? If so, we’d love to meet you.

We have been successful in securing funding from the Wimbledon Foundation to create a garden in the heart of our community, This garden will be more than just a place to grow vegetables – it will be a vibrant, inclusive space where people come together to learn, share, and thrive. From interactive workshops to volunteer days, this garden project is blooming with potential – and we need someone who is inspired to help it flourish.

As Project Co-ordinator, you’ll be the heart of the garden from its very genesis – leading the co-ordination of the outreach and workshops which will engage our community in co-designing the garden, co-ordinating volunteers, projects and events, liaising with local partners, and ensuring the garden grows in every sense of the word. You’ll work closely with residents, schools and local community organisations to create a space that reflects the spirit of our community.

This is a part-time role of 16 hours per week and the salary is £25,207 pro rata. Please click on the button below for the job pack and full details about how to apply.
